A secluded cozy cottage perfect for a couple’s getaway. Located in the Pisgah National Forest, this getaway is only an hour drive from Asheville. Relax to the sound of flowing water on the front porch, or take a trip to nature destinations nearby. Enjoy your day at one of three ski resorts nearby or enjoy a day of waterfalls and wineries. If you choose to stay in, we have 9 acres of beautiful unspoiled land to explore. Spend evenings in our barn Billiard Room with TV’s and Poker/Game Table.

Unique, quiet, dark sky, & private with easy access to town and Mt. Mitchell on state maintained rd. Private apt. above garage/workshop. One bedroom w/ king bed, queen sleeper sofa, & a loft area with a full bed, perfect for tweens or teens. Loft is 5 feet high at tallest spot. Apt. is accessible ONLY by stairs. Our mountain sanctuary

Come relax and play in the great outdoors. Our area is abundant with lakes, rivers, waterfalls and hiking (the Appalachian trail is just a mile away). Our rustic cabin is built from 1875 hand hewn logs and is located on Spivey Creek in Unicoi County Tennessee. The towns of Erwin TN and Burnsville NC are just down the mountain for shopping convenience. For the arts, entertainment and airport convenience Asheville NC and Johnson City TN are less than an hour away. Come stay in our lovely cabin.

Cabin/Tiny Home. Relax & enjoy amazing mtn. views, 200 acres of trails, woods, pastures, farm, & fields. HURRICANE HELENE: TRAILS ARE NOT COMPLETELY ACCESSIBLE NOW DUE TO HELENE. Our trails & woods have been ravaged with 100's of trees down. Many trails are still not cleared. Our 1.5 mile upper ridge trail loop and one river trail are now open. Pastures and fields are mostly cleared and all areas around the cottage are completely cleared with amazing long range views of fields and mountains.

Moonlit Grove is a cozy one-room cabin for solo retreats, creative rest and restorative stays for two. Nestled among tall trees and mature rhododendron groves it invites you to relax and breathe more deeply. Enjoy coffee or tea on the porch swing with birdsong all around, browse creative books and simple art supplies inside and then settle beneath the starry sky with seasonal fireflies. Crafted for quiet, creative stays, Moonlit Grove provides a peaceful experience with its own sense of space.

Welcome to the Lee Cabin located at Shootout Mountain. The Lee Cabin was built in 1876 and is the oldest structure on Shootout Mountain. The cabin has been fully remodeled and offers all the latest amenities for an enjoyable mountain experience. You’ll find abundant outdoor recreation, a temperate climate, a relaxed lifestyle, and friendly people. The Lee Cabin is approximately a 1-hour drive from Asheville, Boone, or Johnson City, TN.
