Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. The house has 3 bedrooms and an annex with room for a total of 7 overnight guests. In the house there is 1 kingsize, 1 queensize, 1 single bed. In the annex a small double bed W: 140 Lovely bright kitchen-dining room with wood-burning stove. 700 meters to private stairs to beach. 400 meters to a fantastic view of the sea. 300 meters to the local supermarket

Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.

The house is fully equipped, well insulated and heated and has a large terrace facing south. Ideal for two families with children or groups of four-five couples.

Man kan gå til strand, natur og butikker indenfor Max 1,5 km og der er mulighed for lange gå ture. Esrum kloster, Søborg sø, Gilleleje, Helsinge, Gribskov mv. ligger indenfor Max 12 km. Der er mange aktiviteter i Gribskov kommune for alle aldre og interesser

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.
