5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Erhöht über dem Tal bietet es herrliche Ausblicke auf Berg und Tal. Der Platz strahlt eine besondere Ruhe aus und ist voller positiver Energie. Your temporary home in the mountain wonderland Davos is situated in a quiet, sunny location in walking distance from the congress centre and the hockey arena. Shops, restaurants, bars and mountain railways are just a few bus stops away or a couple of minutes by car. The cosy completely refurbished apartment in the ground floor of the "Nanihüsli" has a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, separate bedroom and living room with a sofa, TV and hi-speed Wifi.

The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the underground garage and easy access to the village. Close to shops and the bus stop.

Davos-Sertig, Ferien in der Natur

Unser Haus ist abgelegen im ruhigem Naturschutzgebiet im Sertigtal. Im Winter direkt über die schwarz-markierte Tiefschneeabfahrt vom Jakobshorn zu erreichen. Im Frühling, Sommer und Herbst genial zum biken. Wanderwege, Langlaufläupe gehen beim Haus vorbei. Busstation ist unten am Haus. Da Davos ein Kurort ist, muss eine Kurtaxe entrichtet werden. Diese beträgt 5.90 pro Tag und Person ab 12 Jahren. Die Kurtaxe wird vor Ort beim Check-In eingezogen.

Chalet Sagentobel - Erholung pur und doch zentral

Unser Ferienhaus (Chalet Sagentobel) ist zwar schon alt, aber sehr gemütlich! Der rauschende Bach und die unendliche Stille, wenn es schneit, sind wahrlich spezielle Erlebnisse im Chalet. Moderne Technik (46" Flat Screen TV, 50Mbit WLAN, Radio) und Elektro-Öfen in allen Zimmern treffen auf das Jahrhunderte alte Holzwerk mit einem rustikalen, mit Holz heizbaren Kachelofen. Ein rustikales Haus im Walser Dorf am sonnigen Hang über dem Churer Rheintal. Ausgangspunkt für einen Skiurlaub in den kleinen und grossen Gebieten der Region. Wanderungen vom Haus aus. Mit dem Auto 15 Minuten bis Chur, der ältesten Stadt der Schweiz. Das Haus verfügt über einen Kamin, grossen Flachbild TV, WLAN und gemütlichen Wohnraum. Auf der Galerie lassen sich am Töggelikasten spannende Fussballmatchs austragen.
