L'appartement est situé à 5km d'Anzère (Station de ski) avec bus gratuit (17 min) en hiver. L'épicerie se trouve à 2min à pied. Orienté plein sud, il dispose de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains, pour une surface totale de 120m2, plus 50m2 de terrasse avec salon de jardin et vue sur les Alpes.
