Vicino a superstrada per Slovenia e Croazia. Stadio N. Rocco è vicino, a pochi passi pista ciclabile verso centro e Val Rosandra,bar, pizzeria, supermercati. Villa Carla je preko 100 let stara kamnita istrska hiša z udobjem sedanjega časa. Nahaja se na mirni lokaciji, v naravi ob vinogradu, le 5km od mesta Koper. V njej so živeli naši stari starši in pra stari starši... med njimi tudi stara mama Carla (nona Carla), po kateri je vila dobila ime. Iz starih časov je ob hiši ostal tudi tipični vodnjak v katerem ni nikoli zmanjkalo vode in dve stari drevesi, ki ju boste takoj opazili; cipresa in murva. Spoznajte čarobno Istro!

S&A House a Bagnoli della Rosandra

L’appartamento S&A House si trova a Bagnoli della Rosandra, paese all’imbocco della Riserva della Val Rosandra/Dolina Glinščice, a pochi chilometri da Trieste, a ridosso del confine con la Slovenia. Grazie al suo ricchissimo patrimonio naturalistico la Val Rosandra, con il suo corso d'acqua superficiale unico del Carso triestino, il Torrente Glinščica e alla cascata di circa 40m è sempre stata meta di escursionisti e rocciatori.

La nostra casa si trova in un borgo originario nelle immediate vicinanze all'ospedale di Cattinara, 5 minuti dall'università ed a 10 minuti dal centro (zona fornita da autobus n. 35). Nelle vicinanze si trova una bella pista ciclabile. La vicina autostrada vi porta sull'altipiano carsico triestino e in Slovenia. La nostra casetta è stata recentemente ristrutturata per ospitarvi ed accogliervi. E' adatta alle famiglie.
