This property is located 10 minutes from the Seneca Lake Marina, which offers boats and kayak rentals, a swimming beach, fishing, and a restaurant that over looks the lake. The Great Guernsey Trail is within walking distance of the property and is a 14 mile round trip with a paved path. Also has playground and dog park.Salt Fork state park is 20 minutes away and offers hiking, hunting, golfing, boating, fishing, swimming beach, and horseback riding.

Hello and welcome to Bigfoot’s Cabin! After years + years of keeping this beautiful hideaway to himself, + not allowing anyone to even see the inside, he’s done a 180 and decided to rent it out 😮 When we asked Bigfoot why the change of heart? He replied “With all of the traveling I do + all of the miles I put in, it just makes the upkeep of a permanent residence near impossible, plus it’s time that I stop ignoring the fact the I’ve outgrown the toilet space here. Awaken to the sounds of nature's symphony, in this quaint little cabin. Bunk beds and a small table are within the cabin. A small fire ring is located in front, along with a chair on the porch. Multiple walking/hiking trails are located on the mostly wooded property. A shared, self-contained toilet is located in a nearby deer blind. *There is another cabin listed as Songbird Shack. We now have electric along with a box fan and floor lamp. Guests must supply their own water.

The Bunker House

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
