Un accès rapide a la RN12 facilitera vos déplacements dans toute la bretagne. [1h de Brest et de Saint Malo, et bien sur la proximité immédiate de la Côte de Granit Rose, les 7 îles, Plougrescant et bien d'autres] Au Ranch aux Paons nous élevons des oiseaux d'ornement (paons/faisans/poules) que vous aurez le plaisir de voir se balader en totale liberté.

Notre maison de pêcheur en pierres, choix idéal pour tous ceux qui veulent profiter d’une dose de paix et de calme associé à un excellent emplacement, est rénovée et décorée avec beaucoup d’amour. Elle est située en première ligne devant la baie de Paimpol, orientée sud, et bénéficie d’un cadre exceptionnel et d’une vue imprenable … avec un accès direct et privatif à la mer et à la plage au bout du jardin… Un rêve de partir à pied de la maison en longeant la côte ou sur le GR 34 … Kayak biplace

Ti Aval - Gîte de charme - Côte de granit rose

Spacieux cottage tout confort, avec le charme du granit. De 2 à 6 personnes. Accolé à un chemin creux invitant à la flânerie. Au rdc : 1 séjour cuisine équipée, poêle à bois. 1 salon avec canapé lit pour faire office de 3ème chambre. Salle de douche, WC. Lave-vaisselle, TV, Wifi. Lave-linge et sèche-linge dans la buanderie. A l’étage : 2 chambres, avec literie neuve, proposée chacune en version 1 lit 180x200 ou en 2 lits simples séparés 90x200 et leur salle de douche et WC séparés chacune.

We are a few minutes by car from the village of Pedernec where there is a bar/restaurant& boulangerie. Begard is five minutes by car with an Intermarche supermarket. We are surrounded by farmland but close to the N12 and D767 so exploring Cotes d’Armour is easy. Within half an hour drive there are so many beautiful beaches, villages, towns and chateaux. Many restaurants serving locally produced food. Enjoy walking or cycling in the area. Path behind the gite goes to top of Menez Bre.

Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

Carnoët ligt in het groene hart van Bretagne (Côtes d'Armor) met vele wandel- en fietsroutes. Ideaal voor dagtrips. Op loopafstand van ‘La Vallée des Saints' (plusminus 200 sculpturen!) en op 15 min. rijden van div. restaurants en supermarkten (in Carhaix en Callac).

Ty roz (la maison rose en français) et une ancienne maison de pêcheur entièrement rénovée et équipée. Elle offre confort et intimité : son séjour lumineux s'ouvre sur une terrasse et un jardin exposé au sud. Située au coeur de la petite presqu'île de Kerarzic en baie de Paimpol, vous y vivrez au rythme des marées et à proximité immédiate de l'abbaye de Beauport et de ses rives boisées.

Bienvenue dans notre gîte marin situé dans la cité des islandais, célèbre pour son riche héritage maritime. La mer et la baie de Poulafret sont à quelques pas, ainsi que la majestueuse abbaye de Beauport. Une vingtaine de minutes de marche vous mèneront au port de Paimpol, ses ruelles et ses commerces.
