Our studio is like a hotel room with a king bed, NO balcony and NO beach view from your room but a great comfortable place to sleep when you are done having fun in the sun. There is a sofa sleeper for toddlers, a dining / work table in the living space, a kitchenette w/ full sized refrigerator and full bathroom and bedroom area. A barn door closes off the bedroom from the LR/KIT areas. Parking $50 per stay.

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
