Von dort kann die nächste Ortschaft Ürkmez zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreicht werden (Bäckerei, Supermärkte, Wochenmarkt, Apotheke, Ärzte, Restaurants etc...). Die Großstadt Izmir (40 km) ist mit Bus/Dolmus (Minibus) ,oder mit Taxi erreichbar . Vor dem Haus befindet 50 Meter entfernt der Sandstrand .Im Haus befindet Trinkwasser Kühlgerät.(Sebil) und 3 Klimagerät .
