Farmhouse Cottage with Animals

Come and cosy up in our cute Farmhouse Cottage. We are located in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland town of Cooran. Spend the night stargazing or warming up around the fire and wake up looking over the rolling green hills. We have cows, chickens and ducks on our property. We also have a large dam with kayaks that you are welcome to take out for a paddle. There are native birds, turtles, fish and eels in the dam. We are located very close to the Noosa Trail network and many other points of interest.

The cottage is privately set on the edge of our forest: Sit on the verandah watching the kangaroos, search the trees for koalas; at night look to the sky to see the million stars, fireflies in the creek or into the firepit flames. 4 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed. 1 with a queen bed. 1 with a single bed. The large family room has 1 queen bed plus a double & single bunk bed. Kitchen: electric stove + oven, microwave, refrigerator& utensils. The farm has a herd of cows, 1 klm of Mary River frontage with birds, lungfish, frogs and platypus. Scenic bush walking. We have a secure enclosure for dogs on the verandah, but prefer not inside the house. Ponds near house have rare frogs, often active in wet weather.

Your laneway gives you your own private space as the open area in front of the house is not available to use.
