Majas on tsentraalne veevärk ja kanalisatsioon, saun, kamin. Kabli on puhta loodusega paik Eestis. Siin on RMK hooldatud matkarajad, linnuvaatlustorn, seene ja marjametsad ja muidugi MERI. Eesti lääneranniku merevesi on sageli soe veel ka septembris. Kabli pood-kohvik on tuntud oma maitsvate pirukatega.

Mõnesaja meetri kaugusel ootavad seiklushimulisi külalisi männimetsas asuvad krossi- ja ATV rajad ning discgolfi rada.
