Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

Die Bettwäsche wird mit Sensitiv-Waschmittel gewaschen, d.h. ist in der Regel für den Allergiker gut geeignet. Wir freuen uns auf dich / euch.

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

Die Einliegerwohnung des baubiologischen Architektenhauses verfügt über einen eigenen Parkplatz, sowie einen Gartenanteil mit Holzterrasse. Die großzügige Verglasung schafft die Verbindung zwischen Innen und Außen. Richtung Norden überzeugt der Fernblick von der Küche bis hin zum Bayerischen Wald. Auf der Südseite lädt die, auf der Holzterrasse stehende, Paletten-Lounge zur Entspannung ein. Das Sonnensegel und die stilvolle Bepflanzung sorgen für die Beschattung im Sommer.
