Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, aber dennoch zentral – Straßenbahn, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Für entspannte Sommerabende lädt der nahegelegene Hasenhügel ein: Perfekt für ein Picknick mit Blick auf die Pauluskirche. Die Wohnung vereint historischen Charme mit modernem Komfort und ist ideal für Städtereisende, Paare oder Alleinreisende.

Das Ferienhaus hat 160 qm Wohnfläche und 5 Schlafzimmer für 10 plus 2 Personen. Es liegt mitten im Leipziger Neuseenland am Hainer See 20 km südlich von Leipzig. Kernstück des Hauses ist ein 70 qm großes Ess-/Wohnzimmer mit riesigen Fenstern, langer Esstafel und Kaminofen. Es gibt zwei große Terrassen, von der oberen hat man einen Blick weit über den See. Das Haus wurde bewusst für gesellige Tage im größeren Kreis konzipiert. Für die Kinder gibt es viele Bücher, Spielzeug und einen Spielboden.

In einem privaten Hof mit viel Grün wartet das gemütlich eingerichtete Haus (76 m²) auf seine Gäste. Ihr Auto parken Sie kostenlos direkt vor Ihrer Unterkunft. Durch die zentrale Lage sind Sie schnell in der Innenstadt. Im Wohnbereich lassen Sie in der kalten Jahreszeit bei einem knisternden Kaminfeuer den Tag ausklingen (Holz wird vom Gastgeber gestellt). In der warmen Jahreszeit können Sie es sich auf der großen Terrasse (nur zu Ihrer Benutzung) bei einem Glas Wein gemütlich machen.
