This could be a perfect place for your kids to play. The house is in quiet neighborhood. My place is 15 minutes' drive from DFW airport. Northeast mall is 3.1 mile away, ATNT stadium is 7 miles away and Fort Worth stockyard is 15 minutes' drive from my place. Dallas downtown is 25 minutes' drive from my home if you want to visit JFK museum.

Peaceful, centrally-located guesthouse located in a historic area (Ryan Place) with beautiful houses and sidewalks for exploring the area on foot. Close to the hospital district, Magnolia Ave, TCU and more . It’s just a short drive/Uber to Dickie’s Arena, downtown, and our amazing museum district. The loft has a twin bed, the couch also converts to a full bed. The outdoor area is very cozy with a private patio, chiminea and charcoal grill.
