My place is a very nice top floor flat of a historic building with original features, very spacious and bright. It is located in one of the most beautiful and lovely areas of Southsea, with the sea and a wide beach at only 300 yards, beach cafes, tennis courts and a magical Rose Garden. The flat has a big kitchen with all appliances and the room has a firm mattress. That's all that you need :) Couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups are welcome.

Outdoors it sits in a courtyard of buildings in 14 acres of grounds. There is a private entrance and parking on site.

Tucked away at the top of a period home is a completely renovated apartment offering superb views of the surrounding area with all new furniture and fittings. The loft comprises a double bed, shower room and kitchen area. Parking is available outside or by the side of the main house. New Alresford is a 15 min, beautiful walk away so the independent shopping and eateries can be accessed easily. Winchester is only 9 miles away.

A small but perfectly formed one bedroom flat in a rural location. The Annex has a small kitchen with hob, cooker and microwave. There is a table for eating. One double bed and a shower room. We have good broadband and there is parking on the property. The village has a great pub within walking distance and plenty of lovely walks. We are about 11 miles from Winchester and 3 miles from Jane Austen's Chawton. Our stairs into the flat are steep and narrow.
