Enjoy ease of huge, level gravel pad. Includes a 2 sided privacy structure to hang an outside shower bag (bring water & bag). Branch lake is right across the main road! 15 mins to Ellsworth, 45 to Bar Harbor. No bathrooms, bring water, take your trash. Includes trees, fire wood, fire ring, lots of stars.

Relax, re-charge and enjoy the peace that comes from spending time near the ocean and under the stars. Our tents have all the comforts of home. Linens, towels, bath products and kitchen supplies. Our family owned glampground is just 4 miles from Acadia N.P. This tent has a fully accessible bathroom, a comfy queen bed and bunk bed, outfitted kitchenette, kitchen table and outside deck. Fall asleep in the fresh Maine air, listening to the sounds of the nearby harbor. Wake to birdsong and dancing leaves. Our 5m bell tent is appointed with cozy furnishings to wrap you in comfort after a day of exploration. Recline under the stars by the fire pit and view the magnificent milky way. Please note: we are not located in or near Bar Harbor. We are not oceanside. There is no electricity, heat or AC in the tent. No pets are allowed. We are happy to host families, including children.

Magical Hollow

This brand new site is tucked into the woods & has a view of the night sky. The parking is not on the site, but at the end of a short walkway (like the length of a hotel hallway). There's a shared outhouse with a compost toilet on the property. As 7/30/26, I am working on making a proper parking area, so the parking area has an "in progress" look. There's cabin & a couple other sites on the property, which may be occupied. *If booking into snow season, the driveway will not be plowed*

Saw Mill Slumber • Waterfront Yurt | Tent Stay

This 14' bell tent looks over Webb Brook and the old saw mill that serviced the area over 100 years ago. Beauty and history combined with the wonders of nature make this a place you'll never forget. Fishing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, ATVing and tubing are just some of the past times while exploring this magical area. Graham Lake is just a walk away with public boat access. Picnic table and fire pit provided. About 35 minutes to Acadia National Park and all of the Downeast region.

A basic camp in the woods just off coastal route 1, only 15 minutes from Schoodic district of Acadia. The canvas wall tent has a queen bed, linens, and towels. There is a cooler, a camping shower with limited hot water, and power. Privy, firepit, double hammock, lights, a camping stove and very basic cooking implements. You WILL hear some highway noise, but the site offers more privacy than a campground. There are kayaks to explore Jones pond , a 10 minute walk down the trail.

Sampson Farm Canvas Tent

The wall tent is 12x14 with a full-sized bed, wood stove, fire pit, and an outhouse. The tent sits on 100+ acres of beautiful woods and ponds that are free to explore. Dogs are welcome, there are 3 resident dogs, 2 collies that will greet you and a retired guardian dog. Also a couple of sheep, possibly pigs, and various fowl. Martha is always willing to give a tour of her farm garden. There are no official hiking trails on the property, lots of hiking trails on the island.

Just 32 miles from Acadia National Park! Enjoy your morning coffee with the company of bald eagles, ospreys, blue herrings, Canadian geese, amount many other feathered species. This is the perfect place to reconnect with nature. Kayaks and fishing poles are available for you to enjoy during your stay.
