The house is tastefully decorated by the furniture design owners based in Los Angeles, many of the pieces collected from their travels. If you are wanting to get away from it all and create a memorable holiday this is the ideal retreat.

Our well appointed large bach is a short stroll to the beach directly in front, 5-minute Drive to Mahia. Here, you’ll find Mokotahi walk, surfing and fishing , and ample family activities on the beach front decking and lawn

Modern ground floor apartment on beachfront Moana Drive. The spacious living room opens to a covered outdoor deck area opposite the beach. secure Boat parking and wash down available. winter bookings are made warm and cosy with a woodsman Tarras fire in the main living space on the sand dune down the walkway opposite house is an 8 seater table and chairs for dining. please leave as you found it. tractor and driver available to launch your boat. Boat available for hire

Escape to the beach.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. No cell reception but all you'll need to relax. 5mins stroll to a great surfing and swimming beach. Plenty of space for tents, campervans and caravans. There is a bathroom with a toilet, vanity and hot shower. Please bring your own linen. If this is not possible let us know and we can sort some out. Pets are allowed, please specify when booking. The section is not fully fenced and any pets are not allowed on the furniture.

Mahia Beach Lodge .

Mahia Beach Lodge is situated in the Mahia Beach village just a short walk to the beach and village amenities. It is a 2 story house with lounge, kitchen living area upstairs opening out onto a large deck. 1 queen bedroom, 1 twin single bedroom and bath room upstairs. Down stairs is a queen bedroom, a large room with a queen bed and 3 singles beds, and bathroom.Laundry is located out the back door on the right. This is shared with the house in the rear of the section.

Mahia holiday home

Very spacious holiday home with uninterrupted breathtaking views. This stunning home captures fabulous morning sunrises and views over to Gisborne and the east coast. Plenty of extra space in the 2nd house for those larger group bookings. Large lawn area fit for parking cars and boats. More lawn space for running around, outdoor games and barbecues. You are surrounded by Swimming, Surfing, fishing, diving spots and nice walks along the beach right at your doorstep!

Charming Morere Lodge Cottage

Our 2 bedroom 1920s cottage has great rural views, is a short walk to the Mōrere Hot Springs and a short drive to the closest beach, family-friendly activities, Mangaone caves and 15 minutes from the beautiful Mahia Peninsula . You’ll love our place because of the cosiness, the comfy beds, the views, the 1920's charm and character plus the 30 acres of pastures, woodland and stream to explore. The cottage is good for couples, and families (with kids).

Sanctuary Lodge - Cabin 1

Get away from it all and re-energise yourselves. Mahia offers safe swimming, fishing and walks. The cabin is located in private bush setting, overlooking Mahia Peninsula and two bays. Cabin 1 can sleep a couple in a queen bed and one child under 7. It has recently been renovated, we are aiming for a comfortable, relaxing, and cosy feeling. We do offer reduced rates for more than one night's stay, please ask for prices.

Classic kiwi beach front bach in Mahanga

Class kiwi bach situated right across the road from one of east coast's best surfing breaks. An awesome place to chill on the deck or couch and watch the surfers, or to get out there yourself. This fully fenced bach has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is ideal for families. Across the road the 8km golden sand beach has a rocky area with a stream running through it, great for crab hunting, shell collecting and dam building.

Mahia Heights Beach Views

Our home is on an elevated site, with lovely views down to the beach and the bay, and is a short walk to the sand. The guest suite is situated at one end of the house and comprises a bedroom, bathroom and a separate lounge room with its own private deck and entrance. The bedroom has a queen bed. Enjoy waking to the sound of the waves and the local bird life. Have breakfast on the deck while taking in the views.

Morere accommodation. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful cottage. The cottage is fully self-contained. Open plan living and kitchen. 2 bedroom (king & king single (with a trundler bed).
