This cozy unit is a converted rec room located on the bottom floor of a two story house that includes a living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a small kitchenette /laundry room (cold water). The kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, coffee pot, utensils, and refrigerator. The unit can be locked with key. STEPS are required for entry. Not recommended for guests with mobility issues. Extra guests are each charged $5 per day. NO smoking/vape inside.

Our large (1,500sq ft) space (private access), has a bedroom, bathroom, living room w/ a fireplace, hot tub, full gym as well as a kitchenette w/ full sized fridge, keurig, microwave, air fryer, toaster oven, single burner, and laundry facility. Smart tvs, hammocks and a rooftop firepit are in the outdoor entertainment area. LGBT & BIPOC friendly. Gym, hot tub and laundry are shared with owners but guests have priority access. Close to Mt Hood Wilderness (45mins) & Downtown Portland (15mins).

Welcome to our Clackamas Riverfront Guest House—a peaceful riverside retreat blending rustic charm and modern comfort. I live in the Richmond neighborhood & am located 1 block from 37th & Division Street, which is surrounded by great restaurants & shops. My home is a 1910 Bungalow & I’ve owned it for 30 years. The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.

Your private apartment is located on a wood filled lot with a private outdoor area, shade and even deer on occasion. We are 12 miles from the airport, near freeways with easy access to downtown, and to make your way to the coast or the Columbia Gorge, Mt Hood and the Willamette Valley for wine tasting. We have added extra cleaning procedures to help fight against Covid 19.

Lovely cottage in SE Portland neighborhood. Bright and quiet. Easy, free parking. Nice park at the end of the block with skateboard park, soccer field, basketball court, and playground. Great public transportation: 2 frequent bus lines within 1.5 blocks. By car, 15 minutes to downtown Portland, 30 minutes to Multnomah Falls, and 1 hour to Mt Hood skiing!
