In the lounge area there’s a 2 seater theatre style adjustable settee & a small dining table/ working area with Wi-Fi access and a fully equipped kitchen.

We trust you will enjoy our lovely home, Sea Blue Vista. We’ve tried to include everything you’ll need for an great stay, including a well-supplied kitchen, an office space, a small library, enough comfortable beds (and pullouts) for everyone, a heated pool, a grill, and sufficient patio furniture. Enjoy your own 2 room suite in this lovely secluded neighborhood. The bamboo floors and light colored wood make your space bright and cheerful. The back yard features a 2 story tiki hut, hammock, fire pit, and dock for your relaxation. Arrive by land or by sea. The sailboat access canal is only 300 yards from the Peace River and the dock is powered 110V. The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac with a large open area in front of the house.

Welcome to Sunshine State of Mind-a PRIVATE Master Suite in Punta Gorda, Florida. Stay with us in your own chic little master suite with a private entrance. A beautiful kitchenette, en-suite washer and dryer and other thoughtful amenities will make your stay with us feel like home! The room is attached to the owner’s single family home on the opposite side with private sliding door entrance from the back lanai.
