The Loft

Relax on our quaint farm in our freshly renovated Barn Loft. Enjoy nature and tranquil surrounds of Rose Cottage, complete with friendly farm animals. The loft is ideally suited to couples wanting to enjoy a quiet stay with a short walk into Hastings with its great cafes, restaurants and shops. The loft has all the basics that you need with a small kitchenette, microwave, fridge and utensils. There is airconditioning and a renovated ensuite. Enjoy all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

The Barn

The barn is set up as a home away from home. Large kitchen and lounge room, bunk room and the other being the master bedroom with a queen size bed. Country and city views (amazing night light views) with outdoor sitting areas. Located on 40 acres with wildlife close by. Parking located to the left of the barn. Bluestone Farm Cottage 19th Century - 3BR w/ View

Welcome to Karool Cottages, your country getaway in Mernda Victoria. This historic 1853 cottage was built of locally quarried bluestone, 'Karool' being the local aboriginal word for bluestone. It originally served as a shepherd's hut, grain store, and carriage room. The Old Stables

The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.
