Our Forest Falls Treehouse is built at the confluence of two streams. Perched amongst trees, birds are constant visitors while shy nyala often make an appearance. This self-catering cottage can be reached after a short walk in an indigenous forest down steep stairs built into a cliff face. Meals can be purchased through prior arrangements.

It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

Hilton House Two is perfectly located in the heart of Hilton, just 800m from the N3 highway. It is close to local schools and shopping centres. The cottage has its own private garden and own entrance and is joined to the main house. The property has remote gate access, with secure parking directly outside the cottage. Anne's Cabin offers comfortable accommodation in a charming self-catering cottage on a peaceful farm in Underberg. It is ideal for couples or small families looking for a break away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage sleeps 4 guests and has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a double sofa bed for 2 more guests. The bathroom has a shower. The living area offers comfortable seating and the kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer.
