There is a small patio in the backyard and good space in the front with garden furniture. Space for 5 to 6 people to stay. FREE WIFI Dalvík is about 10 min drive from Hauganes and there is a grocery store. There is no grocery store in Hauganes.

The house sits on the water's edge with stunning views of the fjord and mountains where you can sometimes watch the whales and dolphins. PLEASE NOTICE: The island is located in the northern part of Iceland. It is a five-hour drive from Reykjavik. And you need to take a ferry to get there. No cars, pedestrians only. The ferry departs from the fishing port of Árskógssandur every two hours and only takes 15 mins.

The inside of the house is bright, because of the big windows and light colors inside. The house is located a 20 minutes drive from both Akureyri and Dalvík - two larger cities. Our house is placed on an beautiful island not far from Akureyri and has a great view out to the sea and up in the mountains. It's a quiet and a friendly place where family and friends can have wonderful time together. A restaurant Verbúðin66 is near by and a grocery store Hríseyjarbúðin. There is a hot-tub on the patio and also there is a swimming-pool on the island. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the location, the views, and the people.

The cottage Sólsetur (Sunset) is 25 square meters, built 2016-2017. The cottage has one bedroom with two beds and a sleepingcouch for two in the livingroom. The kitchen is fully equiped.
