There is not direct access to the lake but can enter through owner's yard. This lake area is for mainly non-motored boats such as sail boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. We are 8miles from Portland International Airport, close to downtown shops, pubs, parks, and the waterfront. St Johns garden retreat- bright, patio, big yard

Relax in St Johns with beer on draft! This newly renovated, private, ground floor studio apartment, detached from the main house. Bright and modern, this pet-friendly space is accessed from a private entrance off the oversized yard and has its own patio. And there's access to a kegerator that usually has a local ale on tap. 2 blocks from Pier Park with its majestic trees and world-class disc golf, a short walk to downtown St Johns, and a short bike ride or drive to the University of Portland.

Riverview house close to PDX airport and downtown

A charming place, recently remodeled with tons of space. Brand new appliances, kitchenware etc. The sitting areas are on each of three floors, with the full bathroom on each floor too. Nice view on Columbia river from upstairs. Driving to PDX airport is fast and easy and going to Portland downtown in non-rush hours is also easy. A lot of restaurants and activities are now in North Portland, which is even closer. Vancouver downtown is just 5 min away. Easy access from hwy14, but somewhat noisy.
