Designed with the comfort of our guests and their pets in mind, Mountain Magic has everything you need for a fantastic mountain retreat.

The Clearfield Cottage is nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains on five acres of pristine countryside with flower and vegetable gardens, and private hiking trails right down to your own little waterfalls! The views of the mountains are spectacular! Available locally is good dining, fun tailgate markets and farm tours, and even an excellent local vineyard. The cottage is located only 30 minutes from Asheville with its world-class restaurants, entertainment and the famous Biltmore Estate.

Waynesville downtown is an incredibly beautiful “Hallmark postcard” town . The cottage is modern (Amazing Daisy) with spacious parking and a huge private outdoor deck. Short walk to the heart of charming and historic downtown Waynesville . Amazing Daisy is located only 3 blocks from South Main St. Only a 15 minute walk to fabulous shopping, a brewery, pastry shops and numerous restaurants. Drive 10 minutes to beautiful Maggie Valley or 35 minutes to Asheville to tour the Biltmore Estate!

Quiet Country Cottage, Long/short term available!

This cottage sets in the Bethel Valley surrounded by Cold Mountain. Located 18 miles from Asheville, 9 miles to Waynesville and 30 miles to Western Carolina University. Short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway to take on a few hiking trails. Take in the sights of some of Brevard's World Famous Waterfalls, and other amazing views along the way. In the winter, you can enjoy the slopes at Cataloochee Ski resort. Same day bookings are accepted. Please give us a 3 day notice of cancellation.

Welcome to Blackberry Cottage! Our quaint, imperfect Farm Cottage was built in 1928 and much of it was updated in the spring of 2020. Come relax in the heated/cooled Cottage and enjoy the beautiful scenery and splendor that the Mountains of Western NC has to offer. Take day trips and visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, historic Waynesville, Canton, and Asheville then settle back into one of our cozy beds back at Blackberry Cottage... And don’t forget to visit the goats!!

Craftsman style home built in 1917 with lots of character. Lake Junaluska is a resort area run by the Methodist Church. Lots of walking/biking trails. Close to a coffee shop/ice cream shop. Multiple access points to Great Smokey Mountains. Close to Maggie Valley, Cataloochee Ski Resort, Waynesville and 30 minutes from Asheville. Five nice golf courses in the immediate area. Swimming pool within walking distance. A GREAT place for a family vacation!

Roamer's Respite with Sunset Views

Centrally located in the heart of all that Western North Carolina has to offer, Roamer's Respite can be your retreat. This 3-story home has great views and lots of space for a family to spread out. Hiking, kayaking, fishing and beautiful drives all around. Paved road access to the front door. Only 5 minutes to Dillsboro, 15 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway and 20 minutes to Cherokee and Great Smoky Mountains National Park and 16 minutes to WCU.

Cheerful Mountain Cottage with Hot Tub

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This home is three miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, one mile from Balsam Mountain Preserve, fifteen minutes from WCU, twenty five minutes from the Great Smokey Mountain National Park and Cherokee Casino and thirty minutes west of Asheville. My gravel drive does have an incline that even small cars can make it up easily. Motorcycles and trailers may find it hard to navigate.

Walk up a few steps and unwind under the stars with a relaxing soak in the hot tub, roasting marshmallows over the fire pit, or enjoying a meal on the nice covered porch! Close to many outdoor adventure opportunities, local restaurants, and wonderful places to shop.

Secluded Cottage on the Farm-close to Parkway

Retreat to the mountains in this secluded white cottage on the farm. At our little white house, you’ll be able to gaze at the twinkling constellations while enjoying the fire pit, sit on the back porch and admire the Blue Ridge Parkway in the distance while listening to the creek, and live side by side with our farm’s prize-winning Brown Swiss cattle. *Please note the fireplace is not operational.
