There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. It is a totally private annex next to our main farmhouse in the picturesque village of Bampton Grange in the Lake District. The tower is regarded as a folly tower built in remembrance of his late mother. Recently restored into a small habitable dwelling and is now available for rental for selected months of the year.
