A unique stay on Lough Erne. This fully floating house boat is finished to an exceptional standard. The accommodation is open plan with a full size double bed, and a sofa bed that converts to a double bed. A travel cot can included upon request. There is a fully functioning kitchen complete with electric hob, oven & fridge. Outside there is a Weber charcoal BBQ for guests use (fuel not included). There is a full shower room. All bedding & towels are provided.

Dundas Castle Boathouse

The Boathouse is a charming self-catering cottage situated on the bank of the loch, within the picturesque Dundas Estate. This delightful property has an open plan bedroom and living area, extending to the veranda, which boasts breathtaking views across the loch, shared only with neighbouring ducks, swans and geese. This enormous converted barge has been fitted with 6 modern bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms and power showers, allowing it to accommodate up to 16 people across 6 bedrooms over 3 floors. There are ample large social spaces both inside and outside . The Barge is accessed via its own entrance, straight off the car park. 2 upstairs dining tables seating 8 guests each. 3 large sofas in the lounge one of which is a sofa bed.
