I’m planning to do an outdoor activity with my Guests. Is there anything I should think about?
Yes. Hosts are generally free to carry out outdoor activities, but there are a few key exceptions.
Certain outdoor activities may require official authorizations or licenses. These can include, but are not limited to: hunting, fishing, clay pigeon shooting, sailing boats, or other activities that could have an environmental impact. For outdoor sports activities, hosts should be aware there can sometimes be regulations on professional sports instruction. Hosts seeking more information can contact the competent local authority websites for Catalonia and Barcelona, or a local professional or legal advisor.
