You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

I gäststugan finns allt du behöver för en din vistelse, en 32 tums TV med chromecast, snabbt wifi, köksvrå, dusch och badrum. Malmö är en perfekt cykelstad och vi har två cyklar ni kan låna för att utforska staden. Kommer ni med bil finns gatuparkering utanför. Välkomna till oss!

I køkkenet er der basis køkkengrej. Lille køleskab med frys, 2 kogeplader, kombineret mikroovn og ovn. Der er håndklæder og morgenkåber. Der er aircondition. Brug “mode-knappen” på fjernbetjeningen, for at skifte mellem “heat” og “aircondition”. Luk venligst vinduet, når den er i brug.

Den Sorte Cottage + Orangeri

Udlejning fra 1. april - 31. oktober. Den Sorte Cottage med orangeri er en del af den historiske ejendom Skippergaarden, Fabersvej 2c, i det gamle Gilleleje. Skippergaarden er fra 1797, bygget af vraggods fra en ostindienfarer, der forliste udenfor Gilleleje i 1797 (sidste renovering 2003/4), og Den Sorte Cottage er fra 1892, da landliggerbegrebet opstod (sidste renovering 2019/20). Orangeriet er fra 2009. Her er wi-fi og parkering.

Have your lunch and dinner on the large terrace facing the water. Enjoy the magical sunset first row. 10 min by car to both Lund and Malmö. Bus stop to Lund, Lomma Storgata, is about 700m from the house. Trains to Malmö leave frequently.
