The villa is large, modern, warm and very well equipped! Perfect for family holidays all year! Winter: cozy “see-through” fireplace and outside heated spa. The villa is warm with heated floors everywhere. Summer: large outside area with bbq, lounge, sun beds, 5 min to beach The villa has 3 separate bedrooms and 2 playrooms for children - with a lot of toys for both inside and outside. There are 2 full bathrooms and an office space. In other words: EVERYTHING you need for a great holiday!

Beautifull Villa by Hornbaek Lake and Beach

The Villa LakeView was build by a Sea Pilot. He needed to have a clear view to the ocean from his office. The garden toward the south is facing the Lake shore. The house is very big and roomy although very charming and cozy. Beeing located facing south on a dead end street only 100 Meter from center of town and only a few hounded meters from the Ocean - The Garage and a small appartment in the west end of the house is not part of the house for rent. But no facilities or garden are shared.
