The boat is moored within a marina which means that there is very limited boat movement on the water. It is a short walk from the lovely Clissold Park and Abney Park Cemetery. The maisonette is on a very quiet street and has a huge south facing garden for alfresco eating as well as enjoying the summerhouse. In the winter you can get cosy around the log burning stove.
