Inverness is short ten minute drive away, with Culloden battlefield and Loch Ness nearby. Outdoor seating and covered barbecue area with large lawn and garden.

Situated in a spectacular elevated location overlooking Loch Linnhe with a mountain backdrop, the local area offers pebble beaches at Cuil Bay, access to the Fort William-Oban cycle track, stunning hikes, climbing and a range of outdoor activities. Ben Nevis is just a 20 mile drive from the house via Fort William. Oban Ferry terminal, a 30 mile drive south, offers year round access to the Hebrides.

You can fish from the banks of the Loch for native brown trout and you can walk for miles and see nobody.
