Vi er en småbarnsfamilie som vil dele det koselige gjestehuset vårt. Her har du gode muligheter for sykling, padling, fiske, dykking, bading osv. Overnattingsstedet ligger helt ned mot sjøen. Bakeri, spisesteder og shoppingmuligheter i nærheten. Frøya er ca 7 minutter unna med bil. Det er ikke vaskemaskin sengeklær, laken å håndklær må tas med dyner 140*200 puter 50*70 Leieboer forlater huset slik det er når de kommer. Bad, kjøkken og gulv skal vaskes. Søppel tas med å kastes. Cabin by the sea with amazing view!

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Dagligvarebutikk er kun 15 min. kjøring unna Koselig kafe i gangavstand, med asiatisk preg, kioskvarer, bensinstasjon.

Tårnheim på Hølonda Tower in the woods Melhus

Tårnheim på Hølonda, 45 km frå Trondheim, er 10 meter høgt, med fire etasjar. Bygd i tre med utstrakt gjenbruk av materialer. Kjøkkenkrok i første, bibliotek i andre, soverom med god utsikt i tredje og ein koseleg paviljong med altan i fjerde etasje. The tower is located 45 km from Trondheim. Built in wood with extensive reuse of material. In Jårheim close by is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the view on hills, reading books from the second flor library.

Kysthytte med båt og naust

Trivelig hytte på Trøndelagskysten. Hytta er registrert turistfiske og gjester kan tas med 18 kg fisk. Opplev alle turmuligheter som finnes. Vi kan leie ut båt og fiskeutstyr om ønskelig. Ta kontakt for pris. Dampet torsk kun 1 time etter fangst anbefales på det varmeste. Oppskrift kan sendes. Turmuligheter : Prøv en frisk gåtur langs hytteveiene og langs strandsonen. Nyt sjøen og naturen. Vi har 4 faste rådyr som er vant til å få være i fred og holder seg svært nærme folk.

Gammelbua på Stavøy

It's origins hidden in the unknown of history, this compact and cozy cabin was purposed as a post office and general store from the 1870s. Several details from this era have been kept, like its' original timber walls and ceiling. The cabin is on our beautiful Island of Stavøy, with lots of options for outdoors activities and in particular, fishing. If you are lucky, you might even be a part of the traditional wild salmon fishing every summer. Welcome!

Hytte på landet - idyllisk gård i Skaun

Koselig hytte i flotte omgivelser, best egnet for par som kan dele dobbeltsengen. Hytta har strøm men ikke innlagt vann, men gjester har eget nyoppusset bad/toalett i uthus ca 100m unna. Vi kan være behjelpelig med transport tur/retur Pilgrimsleden som går ikke langt unna gården. Hytta har et ekstra soverom med plass til 2 madrasser på gulv, men dette er på hemsen og den som skal sove der må være komfortabel med å klatre opp stigen på veggen.
