Our property provides an open floor plan, kitchen, washer & dryer. 1915 Storefront Turned Lake Country Retreat

Escape to a one-of-a-kind renovated storefront studio nestled in the heart of a popular lakes areas. Immerse yourself in the cozy, historic, and eclectic vibe of this unique retreat that's just minutes from the shops of Battle Lake, beautiful Glendalough State Park, and convenient public access to Battle, Otter Tail, Clitherall Lakes, and more. Overflow sleeping for cabin guests. A unique experience in a small town. Come to boat, fish, hike, cc ski, snowmobile, write, paint, or simply relax.

The Maynard Cabin, a Civil War era log cabin

The Maynard Log Cabin was erected by a homesteader after the civil war. We have moved and restored it and made it available for rent. It is off the grid, but it has a complete functioning kitchen, wood stove and sitting room downstairs. There are two antique beds with new mattresses upstairs. There is no electricity but the cabin is furnished with kerosene lanterns. The bathroom facilities consist of wash basins and outhouse. The cabin is surrounded by 40 acres of woods and meadows.

Suite Cherry No. 1

Enjoy a private, main floor, three room suite with private off street parking and private entrance. No stairs to climb, just a ramp onto the deck entrance. You will have a living room with a couch, recliner, TV and small dining table. The bedroom has a full size bed and a well stocked kitchenette. The ensuite provides a closet, plenty of shelving, storage cabinet and a full bathroom with apartment size wash machine (no dryer). We'd be happy to share our back deck with you as well.

Perfectly charming, super clean, fully appointed, private, cozy & comfortable home away from home, whether you've come to work, rest, heal or play. You and your guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located apartment. Located in an upstairs unit in historic downtown Fergus Falls, this location is walking distance from multiple retail stores, eating & drinking establishments and the brand new community pavilion located in Spies Riverfront Park where not only multiple community events are held but also our local Farmer's Market is hosted during the warm seasons.

Lovely farmhouse out on the Tallgrass Prairie, surrounded by prairie habitat and wetlands. Large kitchen, dining room, three bedrooms, pullout couch. Fireplace, firepit in the back, and known for the dark night sky and star gazing. Nearby bike trails and a water trail for kayaking / canoeing nearby. A known 'stepping stone' for migratory waterfowl across North America. Peaceful, quiet, wide open spaces and great kite flying.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located on 5 acres with plenty of space for activities overlooking Lake Pomme De Terre. You'll enjoy a private setting with peace and quiet. Conveniently located approximately 1 mile from public beach, boat access and Tipsinah Mounds golf course you'll be sure to have a great time. Pomme De Terre is a great 1800+ acre recreational lake for fishing, swimming and boating.
