This efficiency apartment, located on the ground floor of our home, has its own entrance, a Queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom with a standing shower, living room with tv, community gym, and washer and dryer access, Our pond has bass, so bring your fishing pole, or read a book while sitting by a babbling creek. Enjoy a small fire at the whimsical chiminea located in the patio area.

Mae's Cottage is a peaceful little bay house located right off of Interstate 10 in Milton (< 1 mile) and is within steps to the beautiful Blackwater River and Bay. It is approximately 100 yards from water access where you can enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking or just watching the sun set. There is a public boat launch so bring your boat/jet skis/kayaks and fishing gear and head out to the beautiful waters of Blackwater Bay. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful little bungalow.

Welcome to Blackwater River & Forest. Our 60 acre pet friendly facility rents cabins, canoes, RV sites and tent camping. This is one of our 3 cabins, just steps from one of our 4 stocked ponds (catch and release only). All cabins feature fully stocked bathrooms and kitchens. This one bed room cabin sleeps 6 with loft and sofa sleeper. THERE IS NO ACCESS USING LOG CABIN ROAD use Bryant Bridge cut off road.
