The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. Relax in the countryside & enjoy the beautiful outdoors. This annex is a new addition on a 300 year old thatch farmhouse. You have your own private space, direct access from road, a small fenced garden and a parking space. The flat has a double bed, en-suite, and lounge-diner with sofabed for kids. You can use our garden, canoes, beach kit, bikes & golf swing cage if you want. Easy walks right into fields, & along the River Tale or Otter. If you need more space, we have a barn on the property.

The contemporary self contained studio apartment with king size bed is in a rural, private but accessible position and is attached to a quaint thatched cottage but with its own entrance, parking and garden areas with bbq. Little Rock is the perfect location to simply relax or explore the country & coast with great food and activities within easy reach.

Lower marlpits Farm campsite is newly opened in 2022 and is set on our 50 acre working farm on the outskirts of Honiton in the Blackdown hills AONB. We have 4 glamping units along with tent pitches. Our cosy, romantic little shepherds Hut Lavender Lodge sleeps 2. It sits within a little paddock where you can sit out on the decked terrace and enjoy peace and quiet and admire the stunning views. Also in the paddock we have our Blue bell tent. Both units can be rented out separately or together.

Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden for bbqs.

We are located in the heart of Uffculme, a pretty village with a pub, a café, fish and chip bar and two local shops. The area is great for dog walking, hiking, fishing and cycling with the river Culm close by. Uffculme is close to M5 junction 27 and mid distance between Exeter and Taunton with a nearby rail link at Tiverton Parkway.
