The Farm HouseThe Farm House was built by the Nissley Family in the early 1950s. where they raised nine of their fourteen children. They built and operated a dairy until 1969 when they retired and sold the property to my husband and I. The property is now a tree farm, but we wanted to preserve the house and its history and to share the peace and tranquility with those travelers who might need a retreat or a "home away from home". Deer and other wildlife often come by for a visit!

Modern Farm cabin on a 215 acre old tobacco farm. This is a magical place where you can get away from it all. It was once part of a large tobacco farm. Today, we continually work to restore the old barns and provide a place for people to gather and just relax. You can hike, fish, see farm animals; we even have those famous and beautiful “furry” cows you see on Instagram. Our cabin has a gourmet kitchen, ready for you to open a bottle of wine and cook a great meal. If you're wanting to just escape, sit back and enjoy nature, look no further!
