The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Western Culture Farmstead is located 1 mile outside of Paonia, close enough to ride your bike. Enjoy some private time hanging out with the goats, they are very therapeutic & love a snuggle!

Elderberry's suite is a comfortable, cozy one-bedroom apartment attached to our classic 1908 farmhouse and located on a 4-acre herb farm, herbal education center in the unique creative town of Paonia. If you love nature, herbs, orchards or vineyards, you'll feel right at home here. Minnesota creek runs through the farm; we are right on the edge of town, adjacent to Juniper & Sage hills with views of beautiful snow-capped mountains . And ... we have decent fiber internet for Zooming!

Our Yurt is a perfect winter sojourn. Between the Rockies and the desert, only 2 miles from Paonia, is a luxury yurt placed on a large wrap-around redwood deck.
