This private timber-framed guesthouse is a stone's throw from Seymour Lake and a ten minute drive from downtown Smithers. It has beautiful wood furnishings, a king-sized bed, a fully-stocked kitchen, and is situated on a large forested property. Our place is perfect for couples looking to get away; fishers, hunters, and skiers searching for a home base; and travellers wanting to experience the British Columbian wilderness. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate kids due to the lake front access.

We are located on 1.5 miles of private Bulkley River frontage and world class fishing. It is 5 minute walk to the river. This is a quiet rural setting 10 minutes to Smithers. The neighbourhood is quiet with beautiful views and great walking, cross country skiing and snowshoeing opportunities. Great for couples, families w children, solo, business travellers and perfect for fishermen . The suite has a private entrance, clean and comfy. A few acres just minutes from Smithers downtown. The Cottage's vista views up to Hudson Bay peaks. Kathlyn Creek meanders through the property, making for a great summer and winter retreat. This is a small space, with just 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, one bathroom and a small living area. But what we lack in size we make up for in the morning view. 6 min drive to the Quick bridge and the beautiful Bulkley River; and 9 min drive to Telkwa and all the amazing fishing it has to offer.
