It has AC and propane dual systems, which are enough to meet the needs of a safer and more comfortable life. We sit on 2 acres along with 3 other tiny homes and 2 rv's. The other guest do have pets on the property. The RV has a queen bed and and 2 bunk beds. The living space is set up with a table for four, which converts to a bed, as well. We do have a limited of 2 adults in the RV.
