100's of 5 star reviews can't be wrong! Always professionally cleaned & sanitized: consists of 2 separate units, main house & apartment below. Main kitchen stocked w/ all cookware & available to use in the apartment. Amazing, quiet neighbors who enjoy greeting our guests. Easy access to anywhere in DC w/ shops and restaurants w/in a short walk. Home secured by Vivint Smart Home & annually inspected by DC. Unfortunately, not a home for the ability impaired w/ many steps to climb between floors.

Lots of extras (homemade goodies, my own coffee blend, etc) Great alternative to hotels- stunningly beautiful ALL NEWLY renovated new 2 bed 2 bath (all marble!) garden level apt. New large windows too! Very walkable, easy access to public transport/app rides.GREAT DC location, terrific amenities, gracious host. Can’t do better in DC than this comfortable, turnkey DC apartment.
