The sea and the center are 5 minutes by foot. There is good WIFI and smart TV with cable channels. Parking is public, free, nearby, and easy to acquire.

Studio apartman je u potkrovlju, prostran je, potpuno renoviran, sa svim potrebnim sadržajima (Wi-fi, Max TV, perilica suđa, perilica rublja) i prekrasnim pogledom na gradsku panoramu. Old stone house located in an abandoned rustic village with only 3 houses. The house has a large fenced yard 700m2 and terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the island of Cres. It is self-sustaining and gets electricity and water from natural resources.Keep on mind that there is an unpaved road leads to the house.
