The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

Our spacious camper is lake front with a gorgeous Cove view, sitting on our quiet, peaceful, private property on a private road. No sharing our space, and a 200 ft walk (across from camper) to the water, enjoy our dock with amenities, shady green space by the water, or the outdoor kitchen, patio and firepit at the camper. You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

Rippling Point Lakefront House

Secluded at the end of a private drive on the quiet end of the Lake of the Ozarks, our lake home offers recreation, relaxation, and fishing opportunities. The house is on the water at the 67MM of the lake and features 300 feet of private shoreline. A deck that overhangs the water is just a few steps from a patio equipped with a propane/charcoal grill and outdoor cooking area. Two kayaks are included to explore the shoreline and its wildlife. An inviting hot tub beckons.

Be our Guest! Adorable 1 Bedroom home all to yourself. Relax in this freshly decorated home. We have Wifi Alexa Smart TVs in living room and bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more. We have a barbeque grill and patio set. Washer and Dryer for you to use. The Loft is a fully updated, 1500 sq ft, 2 bed, 2 bath space with off-street parking, a shed to secure your bikes for the trail, 12x20 deck with grill and table seating. Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

Great for girl's weekend to visit family and enjoy the local shops. *Farm Girl Flowers & More* is our favorite place to shop local. Hunters heading to Grand Pass Conservation area have plenty of room to park the truck and boat. Saline County Fair Grounds are a 4 min. drive. MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.
