Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Shared driveway next to main house. Not suitable for children or pets.

It's also perfect for anniversaries, celebrations, Valentine's Day or that special birthday. The muted earthy design are chic and modern, yet utterly timeless. Shepherd's Hut with Orchard View

Tucked away on our farm, this quaint Shepherd’s hut, complete with private hot tub, is the perfect weekend getaway! Relax while enjoying the view out your front door of our old apple orchard or take time to wander the grounds and down into the local village. From the farm you can walk to our local pub, Eli’s Rose & Crown, for a pint and some live music. Or hop on a path that takes you down the river to the nearby town of Langport, which has weekly markets, lovely bakeries and takeaways.

Riverside farmhouse on the Somerset Levels

Nestled by the river Parrett, with private gardens and outdoor living space, this is the larger of two properties on the plot. Fantastic for large groups, there's something for everyone from watersports to strolling into the ancient market town of Langport. In the heart of the Somerset Levels, it's an ideal base to explore nearby towns of Glastonbury and Wells amongst others. Within easy reach of nature reserves such as Ham Wall, Westhay and Greylake. Ample parking, including EV charger.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Portcullis End Cottage is a quirkily-decorated self-catering retreat giving you the best of both worlds: 5 mins walk from the river, independent High Street, cafes & shops. Bring your SUP, bike or kayak! There's a small private courtyard for alfresco dining and stargazing. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome with no fee, please get in touch if you have more than 2 dogs. There are no other dogs on the premises. PLS NOTE: This private location has a strict no-visitors policy.

Relax in Myrtle Cottage at The Old Thatch, Pitney

Myrtle cottage is a modern, dedicated living space annexed to our 17th century thatched cottage. Pitney itself is a delightful small village situated above The Levels. There is a traditional pub serving real ales, local ciders and great home cooked food and the superb Pitney Farm shop offering organic meat and veg from the mixed farm & market garden. The area offers lovely walks directly from our garden up into the hills at High Ham or down on to The Levels and the river Carey.

A lovely stone cottage in the middle of historic Langport on the Somerset Levels. Immediate access to riverside walks and open countryside, yet just two minutes from shops selling local produce, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Double bedroom, luxury bathroom, open plan kitchen/living room. Close to Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar and Taunton. Perfect location for walking, cycling, bird-watching, fishing and canoeing. Dorset, Devon and Somerset coastlines all within easy reach.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.Located off the beaten track and down a quiet country lane, Hillview is a comfortable and well-appointed bungalow, perfectly situated for exploring the Somerset Levels and Moors and the delights of this magical county. Hillview is situated in Martock and offers a garden/barbecue facilities. Guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. Electric vehicle charging NOT available.

The Potting Shed, Luxury Barn Conversion

Lovingly converted spacious barn in a gorgeous courtyard setting, we have kept as many of the original features as possible. Extremely well equipped with super king bed and amazing walk in shower, the kitchen has everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. There is plenty of outside space and you are welcome to make use of the all weather tennis court, bicycles can be provided so you can explore the local area.
