The carriage house is bright & cozy with lovely views & private patio - great for nature watching. We live in the adjacent converted barn. 3 miles from historic Frenchtown on the Delaware River, close to Bucks County with a great variety of restaurants, miles of towpath & old river towns to explore.

End your day in our exquisite creek front garden featuring a hot tub. A true Lambertville experience. NO YARD USAGE AFTER 10pm HOT TUB AFTER 9:30pm.

Two night minimum, no pets, and while we do not have a kitchen there is a refrigerator, microwave and please do enjoy a cup of coffee on us.

There’s a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and a gas grill outside. Enjoy the ping pong table and wood burning pit outside too.
