Our new renovated 85 square meter cottage is charming and welcoming, surrounded with beautiful Icelandic nature. The cottage is located at the top of the slope with a mountain, lake and woodland view. Direct access for nice hiking or romantic walk to the salmon river and the lake. It is close to many attractive destinations worth to visit. All beds are brand new and comfortable and heat in all floors. We wish our guests to feel like home and enjoy what the cottage and neigbourhood has to offer.

The cottages at Thurranes are 43 square meters. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a sleeping loft that fits 2 adults. The house can accommodate 6 adults. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The house is equipped with a kitchen, where you find a little stove, a sink, a microwave and refrigerator. The living room has a couch and a small TV set. A small bathroom with a shower. Hot water, central heating but no WiFi A private hot tub, chairs and a gas BBQ are on the deck.

A private cozy guesthouse on a farm in Skagafjordur, North west Iceland. The perfect getaway for a nature loving couple or friends. The cabin has everything you need to relax. We built the house in 2022. One bedroom with big double bed and another with small double bed , fully equipped kitchen facilities (stove, oven, pots, plates, utensils and coffee maker) with a fridge and a private bathroom with a shower. Washing machine and dryer, dish washer. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Homeowners live in the house when it is not booked by guests. The house is situated 2,5 km from the main road. Large and colorful bird life and close to a river.

Bjarg is a summerhouse in Bjarnarfjordur, 25 km from Hólmavík. Excellent location for travelling to North/South Strandir or Westfjords. The house stands by the river that runs down the valley. It is a quiet place an excellent place to see the northern lights. Swimming pool and geothermal hot tubs are located in Laugarhóll about 1 km from the house. Outside the house is a fire place, surrounded with trees. Good for quiet evening under the sky and aurora borealis.

The place is just outside Town of Borganes (7-8 km) where you can find a discount store. Interesting places nearby are Langjökull, Barnafossar, Deildartunguhver (hot spring) and Snæfellsnes Peninsula. Also short drive to Reykjavik (80 km) and Golden Circle (100 km).
