Our villa is situated in historical city center, close to the city port, the beach and the Piazza. It has three floors. Ground floor consists of the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, spacious living room and a lovely yard with jacuzzi. Stairs take you to the first floor which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony. On the second floor you can find bedroom with a bathroom, kitchen, living room, and a terrace with a fantastic view on city center, sea and beautiful archipelago.

Steinhaus mit Terrasse, Garten und Meerblick

Es ist ein ca. 300 Jahre altes Steinhaus, liebevoll restauriert mit dicken Natursteinwänden und Holzböden. Das ganze Haus ist geschossoffen, dh. zwischen den Geschossen befinden sich nur Treppen, keine Tueren. Im Garten sind Orangen-, Zitronen-, Granantapfel- und Mandelbaum und ein weiterer Sitzplatz. Dalmatian house in Upper Podgora. Great for couples, cyclists, hikers, older ones. Pleasant climate and beautiful ambience in lavender, peaceful surroundings. 10 min from the beach. Near the entrance to nature park Biokovo (1 km) and Skywalk. If you want you can go with a car in Podgora, Tučepi or Makarska, you will be there in a 10 min drive.

Villa Zanino is beautifully, lovingly and patiently restored 18th century stone house. The property is situated in a picturesque village of Velo Grablje, approximately 10 min drive from Hvar town centre and 5 minutes drive away from the first beach. In the village, there are only 15 residents, so loud noises and parties are not permitted.
