A NEARBY BRIDGE IS CURRENTLY UNDER REPAIR. After walking down several stone steps, nestled among trees and flowers, you will find a cozy guesthouse filled with a comfortable lounging area, and a quaint bedroom. Then exit to the back deck and spend time sitting by the fish ponds, you can venture onward to explore the Secret Garden where you may spot different butterflies, birds, and even friendly bees. This place is truly unique with it's "one of kind" natural Redwood amphitheater and open meadow views. You'll see and hear many species of birds, deer, fox, and maybe even a Barred Owl at dusk.

Enjoy the early morning (and sometimes all day) sounds of ducks, geese, turkeys and cattle . Surrounded by acres of Redwood trees, no street lights, and lots of wildlife. My guest space is a small, private room (11x7, not incl bathroom) attached to the back of my house. The room has a private entrance off the backyard with an attached private bath. I offer keyless entry. Guests can enjoy the attached deck off the room and relax in a peaceful yard. The room is a burst of color to contrast with the gray days in Humboldt. The room is a short walk to the zoo and several restaurants. Old town is a quick drive.

Comfortable home on small neighborhood street, less than a mile to the Avenue of the Giants in Humboldt Redwoods State Park. Pets and children are welcome. You have a private yard and full kitchen to enjoy, and a laundry room if you need it. There is a wood burning stove in the living room for cozy evenings. This large space will easily fit 4 or more adults, plus children and pets.
