Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι, σαλόνι με δυνατότητα μετατροπής του καναπέ σε διπλό κρεβάτι, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μπάνιο. The house is located in the village.Firodi beach is within walking distance of 10 minutes.Getting to the nearest tavern takes 3 minutes.The center of the village is a 5 minutes walk, where the old school and playground are located.It takes you 10 minutes on foot to reach the convenience store and the traditional church.And it`s a 12 minute walk to get to the small port of Gialos.All walks are extraordinary as you can experience the unique atmosphere of the village.

Das ergibt ein ganz spektakuläres Wohngefühl und den Eindruck, mitten in der Natur zu sein. Die Terrasse hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, den Strand von Fytema und die Berge von Messaria. Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ,φαρμακείο,καφετέρια με ποικιλία προϊόντων και νόστιμα πρωινά.Επίσης βενζινάδικο και ιατρικό κέντρο.Το χωριό απέχει μόλις 1χλμ απο το Β.λιμάνι του νησιού,τον γραφικό Εύδηλο Ικαρίας όπου εκεί θα απολαύσετε,καφέ, φαγητό και οτι άλλο εσείς επιθυμείτε.
