The road is a Montana style dirt road. When there is NO snow any car will make it up the hill. In Winter you will need a four wheel vehicle. We snowplow the road as necessary in winter. You’ll love my cottage because of it's location on Normal Hill, an older section of the city. Guests can enjoy breakfast on the patio from May to September. My home is good for a couple, friends or siblings traveling together, but guests must be able to navigate stairs because the bedroom is in the basement, perfect for a quiet night's sleep.
