Located in the heart of the country, Oakbrook Akers Cabin is an absolute retreat! Relax on the many porches overlooking the lake, take time to meander to the docks to fish, enjoy s'mores over the stone fire pit or spend the evening at the grilling station in our covered patio. In the winter, tuck yourself away in the cozy cabin complete with a wood burner, having a movie or game night (with popcorn of course)! Come experience sleeping in a cave without actually roughing it! Located in the back of the Hobbit, the Cave has its own private entrance under the leaf canopied patio. *Please no smoking of any kind in our home or near the door *($250 fine)* You will be greeted by a lantern hanging among the stalactites and vines and a set of stairs leading down into the cave. An indoor gas fireplace, a 50" smart TV, full kitchen, tiled shower, & queen memory foam mattress all guarantees a magical stay!

Sporting a 7ft tube slide, sleek black exterior and natural wood tones and lighting. The Blonde is small and mighty with an airy studio feel but packed with all of the necessities of a full sized home. This stay also includes its very own nature trail! Come ready to see lots of wildlife and explore Southern Illinois! Our 2 treehouses are secluded but do share a property!

The Candy Kitchen

Take a step back in time as you enter this authentic 1930's Soda Fountain located in downtown Greenup Village of the Porches situated on the Historic National Road. The Loomis Family immigrated from Greece and operated the Soda Fountain and Confectionary until the 1960's. It has since been transformed into a spacious and comfortable living area with the original Soda Fountain still intact, beautiful tin ceiling, and also includes a large kitchen, a separate shower room & powder room.

Enjoy a stay directly on the backwaters of the Mississippi River. This custom cabin is floating right on the water, and you won't find anything like it! Grab your loved one or friend and surround yourself in nature, while soaking in the hot tub on the floating patio, or in the beautiful tub inside. Relax in the king size bed thats in front of one of the two fireplaces. The cabin has everything you need, including a small kitchen. This floating oasis is located at Millennium Marina.

Our local area has many hiking opportunities to explore, the Southern Illinois Wine Trail surrounds us, and the back roads have country views that are breathtaking. Our cabin will be waiting for your arrival or return, well equipped with a 55" TV above the gas fireplace, a comfortable King size bed, and an amazing back porch with a Weber Grill and huge hot tub.

Get some quality family time at this newly remodeled cabin near the beautiful Embarrass river. You are surrounded by beautiful woods and a small creek. Lush wildlife is all around you so you can be one with nature. The cabin has all the luxury's to allow for a long term stay as well. Beautiful Lake Charleston is not far away. The large circle drive offers plenty of parking for your boat and guest. The large deck on the rear gives a beautiful view to be enjoyed by all.
